The full moon this month is referred to as the "Wolf Moon," and it's a powerful time for both releasing what no longer serves you, and harnessing the amazing lunar energy.
The first full moon of the year is very exciting. It is our chance to start a fresh year of releasing what does not serve us and also manifesting what we desire.
For the first moon of the year I like to release everything that did not serve me in the previous year. For 2020 there certainly was a lot of releasing and clearing to do.
Then I like to create a vision board of what I would like to manifest in the current year.
I clean and charge all of my crystals and stones. I smudge myself and my home and do a spell of protection. This gives me a great start to the new year.
